FIESTA unveils new apprenticeship service, rebrand and strategic vision
The Furniture and Interiors Education, Skills and Training Alliance (FIESTA) is pleased to announce the launch of its new Apprenticeship Service, alongside a strategic rebrand and renewed focus on supporting the sector’s growth and sustainability.
FIESTA is a partnership between The Furniture Makers’ Company, the National Bed Federation, the British Furniture Association and Commercial Interiors UK. It was established to address the furniture and interiors industry’s current and future skills needs by inspiring new talent to join the industry and ensuring relevant education, training and qualifications are in place to support them.
FIESTA’s new Apprenticeship Service is designed to simplify the recruitment and onboarding of apprentices for employers in the furniture and interiors sector. By providing a streamlined service that includes recruitment support, training provider connections and structured development pathways, FIESTA aims to bridge the skills gap and help businesses grow.
The new service is supported by a bold new brand identity that reflects FIESTA’s commitment to modernising its approach and engaging more effectively with employers and training providers. The rebrand marks the start of a new era for FIESTA, with an emphasis on accessibility, growth and stronger sector engagement.
Hannah Hockley, founder of The Apprenticeship Partner, has joined FIESTA’s strategic team to support the launch and delivery of these initiatives. Her extensive experience in apprenticeship management and employer engagement will ensure a seamless and effective service for employers in the sector.
She joins Amanda Moore and her team at Achieve + Partners, an experienced end-point assessment organisation that has supported FIESTA in shaping its strategy and operational delivery. Together, they will ensure the new Apprenticeship Service is employer-focused, responsive and aligned with the sector’s needs.
