Named after a beach in north Devon, Barricane is a sculpted dining chair that blends machined and handcrafted excellence, offering comfort through a nature-inspired design. The timber-framed chair has a formal appearance from its horizontal and vertical lines, contrasting with the rounded caned backrest and organic edge detailing. Prioritizing comfort, the cane panel provides ergonomic support, resembling a natural seat mesh, while the upholstered cushion features a waterfall detail that softens the front edge. The chair’s translucent cane backrest plays with light, creating a serene atmosphere, with the intricate weave casting light and highlighting the horizontal arm silhouette.
